- Clinics are run under the terms and conditions of each venue

- Dog policy per venue, please check each venues policy

- Be a tidy kiwi, remove all hay, manure and rubbish or dispose of in provided bins if provided

- No extra horses or ponies here for this clinic

- One horse and rider combination entry, same horse and rider for both days

- Minimum age of rider is 14 years

- Minimum age of horse is 4 years

- Tagged back protector for XC day,

- Compulsory gear: Yellow tag helmet, suitable boots, back number holder with printed

name, and supplied polo shirt must be worn for both days, tagged back protector

required for cross country day. Please check each venue for additional specific

equipment requirements.

- Combination must be currently competing at registered height or above

- Ride at own risk

- If entries are oversubscribed there will be waitlist for all venues

- If a clinic is cancelled within 24 hours of the commencement, 65% of entry will be refunded, this excludes flights, shirt, GST and administration fees.

- If a clinic is cancelled once it is commenced, no fees will be refunded

- Withdrawals of combination will not receive a refund, unless we are able to fill your spot from the waitlist or you provide a combination replacement. Combination replacement will incur a $20 administration fee.

- Substitutions of rider will incur an additional $20 administration fee to the original registered rider.

- Substitution of horse will incur no additional fee, up to 1 week before the clinic commencement date, best efforts will be made to put you in a suitable group.

- Polo shirt sizing and allocation cannot be changed and are not refundable after 1November

- Successful LOVERACING.NZ sponsorship spots will be filled from the wait list and a refund of the difference will be paid to you

- Venue ground fees, camping and yarding specific to venue – will be finalised before 1 October, payment due 1 December along with any missed fees. Failure to pay by 8 December will result in losing your place to a waitlisted person

- No rider can attend if full payment of lesson and all fees hasn’t been paid by 8 December

- 1 groom per combination per clinic

- Named groom to pay $30 to attend in person Question and Answer session

- Session groups will be finalized 1 week prior to the clinic commencement date. If multiple clinics occur in your area, your dates may change to ensure the best grouping of experience levels. We will try to accommodate as best as possible.

- Photographers will be onsite and you may be used in marketing for LOVERACING.NZ or Fibre Fresh as sponsors of the clinic. Please ensure you wear your supplied polo shirt.

- Wrist bands must be worn at all times to ensure easy identification. Anyone not wearing a wristband will be asked to leave.

- Paid spectators will be watching at the clinics.

- Total number of people attending each venues In person question and answer sessions is capped at 100 people. Priorities go to riders, grooms and then spectators in this order

- In appropriate behaviour will not be tolerated at any clinic at any time

- You may be required to leave if you breach any of these terms and conditions
